Sunday Slowdown Club is a wonderful 90 minutes of really letting it drop comprising of a super restorative relaxation class with various restorative relaxation positions, using cushions, bolsters and blankets, that the teacher will guide you into and then really letting go to the relaxation pose before moving onto the next one A reliable wonderful reset for you, before tackling the next week ahead
